Fingrid will update flow reliability margins (FRM) on border FI-SE1 in accordance with article 24(2) of the Nordic CCM. The change will concern both the directions on the border, thus FI-SE1 & SE1-FI. New FRM will be static 200 MW. The change is made and communicated in accordance with the Nordic CCM Articles 3 and 24. Combined dynamic constraints and critical network elements with contingency which capacity is affected due to the change are listed in the document attached.
