The Programme involves close cooperation between Transmission System Operators (TSOs), National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs), and other stakeholders. Regular stakeholder forums and consultations ensure that the methodologies are transparent and understandable for market participants. Stakeholder events are held regularly to support transparency and dialogue with market participants and other stakeholders by providing timely information and an opportunity to exchange views on forthcoming changes and ongoing developments.
