Year-Ahead Long-Term Capacity Calculation Results
On this page, you can download the results from the Year-Ahead process of the Long-Term Capacity Calculation (LTCC) project.
For each scenario considered in the process, the published results include:
- Available Transmission Capacity (ATC) values for the DK1–DK2 bidding zone border
- Flow-Based (FB) calculation parameters for the Nordic Capacity Calculation Region (CCR)
These results are published as part of the Transitional Solution, supporting transparency and enabling market participants to integrate long-term capacity insights into their planning and operations.
As the long-term capacity calculations are based on predefined scenarios, please note that the outcomes are also scenario-dependent and may differ from capacity calculations for other timeframes. The scenario-based approach involves uncertainties, and the outcomes should be complemented with operational insights and risk management strategies to support sound decision-making.
Published Handbooks

- Publication Handbook (Flow-Based): Latest Update on 17 October 2025
Published Results
- ATC Values: Published on 31 October 2025
- Flow-Based Values: Updated on 22 December 2025
Following the go‑live of the Y‑1 LTCC process at the end of October, minor defects were identified in the public data files. We have resolved these defects in December and uploaded new versions of IG-145, IG‑146 and IG‑147 files on December 22. Specifically, the following changes have been made:
- IG-145: The ConstraintSeries.mRID was incorrectly mapped to ConstraintResult instead of constraintResult.criticalBranch.mrid.
- IG‑146: The file previously contained an incorrect direction for the SE4_SWL ↔ SE3_SWL border in the maxBex values. In addition, normal BZ border values were missing. The updated file now correctly reports both VBZ and normal BZ border values.
- IG‑147: The peak and valley values for A01 production and A04 consumption were erroneously identical. This has been corrected in the latest version.
We appreciate your patience and recommend downloading the updated files to ensure access to the corrected data.
