Nordic RCC is hosting its third annual Stakeholder Meeting on 8 September. This year’s meeting will be held online and will last half a day, from 12:30 to 16:00.
The meeting will give you the chance to get updated with the latest developments at Nordic RCC. We will also provide transparency and clarification on the role of RCCs’ in relation to capacity mechanism, a topic that is getting much attention from market participants.
The focus this year is on the Common Grid Model
We will present the Nordic progress with a regional Common Grid Model (CGM) and how it is used to provide value to Transmission Systems Operators (TSOs). This is followed by three external presentations on the use, value and future of the CGM in regional and pan-European contexts. Baltic RCC, ACER and Svenska Kraftnät will be sharing their perspectives.
The purpose of the Annual Stakeholder meeting is to bring together relevant stakeholders and for valuable insights on how we can continue working to improve regional coordination in the Nordics and create value for the TSO’s.
