Nordic RCC has updated the NUCS Market Participant Handbook ahead of the upcoming introduction of Flow-based outage impact publications through the Nordic Unavailability Collection System (NUCS).
The updated handbook provides market participants with the latest information on the Nordic Market Availability (NORMA) process, including the initial Month-Ahead (M-1) and Week-Ahead (W-1) publications, scope, interpretation of results, and current implementation limitations.
Market participants are encouraged to review the updated handbook in preparation for the upcoming September 2026 go-live and the first Flow-based outage impact publications.
