The change means that FRM values are adjusted -7 to 2% of the maximum capacity based on operational experience and methodological calculations for the safety margin. These new safety margins ensure adequate risk levels for operational security.
The change will result in a generally larger Flow-based domain with expected welfare gain. The change will be implemented in the Flow-based calculation from EDD 27.05.26.
