We are pleased to announce the publication of Nordic RCC A/S’ first Annual Report. This report represents a significant milestone in our company’s history as it highlights our transformation from a joint office as Regional Security Coordinator (RSC) to an independent company as Regional Coordination Centre (RCC). The report fulfils our regulatory obligations of an Annual Report, but moreover attempts to communicate in a simple way the complexity of the work of Nordic RCC, which we hope will both answer and raise curiosity.
The report is structured into three sections:
- The Management Review section provides an understanding of Nordic RCC as a company, our transition to Nordic RCC, and includes remarks from our CEO and Chairperson.
- The Nordic RCC Tasks section elaborates on the key services including implementation status and reporting on monitoring activities with a specific emphasis on fulfilling the obligations of Article 46 of the EU regulation 2019/943.
- The Financial Statements section reports on our financial progress and is compliant with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
It is important to note that while the reporting period is from 6 December 2021 to 31 December 2022, Nordic RCC did not have any material activities until 1 July 2022, when it took over the activities of Nordic RSC. Therefore, the Management Review and Financial Statements will include activities from 6 December 2021 and 31 December 2022, with the Management Review having particular focus on the second half of 2022 when the majority of the activity occurred. The reporting on Nordic RCC Tasks will focus on the period between 1 July 2022 and 31 December 2022.
We hope you enjoy reading our Annual Report and gain a greater understanding of our company and the tasks we perform. Thank you for your continued support of Nordic RCC A/S.
